In recent years, I attempted to shift my focus from writing to conveying stories through images. However, an opportunity arose to merge my background in journalism with my skills in photography and illustration through my collaboration with The Campus Resident Newspaper. I'm happy to see my work published both online and every few months in print. There is a unique satisfaction in opening the pages of a newspaper and seeing my name in print. The articles I write address issues relevant to the University of British Columbia Campus community. In addition to writing, I often take the photographs that accompany my articles and those of other contributors. This role has allowed me to utilize and refine my skills, reaffirming my identity as a storyteller.
